My support of Beach Bunny for Country President stems from the fact that she is currently the only one doing all the government work. She runs [eRep]Bewbs 4 Newbs! and since Aramec has deserted his post at Department of Interior  she has also been running Bank Up 2 Strength Up and AMP's Meal Ready To Eat . It is totally hilarious that eUSA Forum trolls such as forum terrorist Kemal Ergenkon and 'Boy Scout' Henry Pfeiffer Arundel make token appearances in game. That inactive citizens such as Jefferson Locke are suddenly active and questioning the commitment of such an active citizen, while ignoring the fact that Aramec has deserted his post at the DoI.

All of this begs 2 questions? Why would the Cabal not want their most active and popular member to become Country President? Why would they want someone who publicly quits and only comes back when his chain is jerked? All this while calling for a Presidential debate, debates that haven't occurred in over a year and were last held by the SFP's own Jude Connors; the same Cabal who supported Trekker Tlumac until it became apparent that he supported Beach Bunny for CP. The same Cabal who has turned on their own members who dared to support someone outside their clique, the same Cabal who supports keeping a Military Unit that has demonstrated they can't do the job assigned to them; all while draining Tax Revenue into the personal accounts of D3 and D4 tanks.



Once again I wish to remind everyone of the Socialist Freedom Party's newest program, which was first conceived in the article Tanks for Tots by Ghost of Tom Joad; the return of the Tanks 4 Tots program. The program is for every citizen is very simple and outright stolen from Beach Bunny's [eRep]Bewbs 4 Newbs! program. As everyone knows I love music, I even listen to it in my sleep; so it shouldn't be a surprise that there are only three rules: Join the Socialist Freedom Party Forums, post a Music Video once a day and receive 5 Q7 tanks and 25 Q2 food daily.

The Socialist Freedom Party is the party of the People, for the People and as such we wish to supply citizens -especially our new citizens- the ability to fight daily. Although as an older citizen I advise you to train, train and even more training, though it is very unwise to fight more than every 3/4 days the SFP will supply you with the equipment to fight everyday if that is what you want; after all this is a war game -of sorts.

So for our newest citizens some advice, make Beach Bunny's [eRep]Bewbs 4 Newbs! and the [SFP] Tanks 4 Tots threads a daily stop; if you do you will be able to fight at least once a day. Also available to new citizens are programs run on private donations, which are claimed as government programs; they are:

Dept of Interior Meals on Wheels (500 wellness)
Bank Up 2 Strength Up (Government gold drops weekly)
Dept of Education: Question of the Day (50 Q5 Food OR 25 Q7 Food)
Dept of Interior Social Security (for players >2 years old)

One of the many things I liked about paper and pencil RPG's (PPRPG)  was the ability for any citizen to create an 'Adventure', submit it to the game company publishing the game at the moment; and it was added to a library of 'Adventures'; the closest eRepublik comes to this are Missions and the occasional contest such as the current Soldier of Fortune. One of the many things I believe eRepublik Labs got wrong was not making the game 'open source' architecture, which would have allowed citizen such a Mike Ontry to add modules; like a decent Investment Firm -who remembers 'Government Bonds'?

Another feature of PPRPGs was citizens where based in the real world. Each citizen had a set of 'characteristic', in Traveller there were six: Strength, Dexterity, Endurance, Intelligence, Education and Social Standing. When initially created none of the six could be above twelve (double sixes), after that the first three would vary depending on the character's age and their daily training; Intelligence once rolled never increased and decreased with age. Education depended on whether you went to 'school', how Intelligent you are and could reach as high as 15; however you could reach level 15 in many, many different skills that could be combined to increase your chances of completing an 'Adventure'. Social Standing onced rolled could be increased by great achievements, based on the Royalty System you could become Royalty by completing certain task; slay the dragon and become a Knight or defeat a country and become a Duke.

So what is my point and how does that relate to eRepublik? One of the many reasons I liked 'eRepublik Rising' was time management, you had twenty four hours to allot for working, training and sleeping. This feature could have been tweaked so that working meant you could allot up to 12 hours a day for a job or for your party or for your Military Unit; it could allow for breaking that 12 hours into hourly allotments to each of the three or all in one activity. Four hours would be deducted automatically for Sleep because everyone has to sleep with the option to increase that time, leaving 4 hours for Education, Sleeping or if wanted to your job/party/MU; but not all three.

You could become only so strong, your accuracy with a weapon or you ability to do a task would depend on your Dexterity, Endurance and how much sleep you have had; the ability to learn or complete a task would depend on how smart and educated you are as well as your Social Standing in the Community. All of this and I haven't even touched on Politics or Military Units. One of the complaints against 'Rising' was that it was moving towards just another 'FaceBook', so what we got is what we have now and how FN cool would it have been if Tactical Heroes - Clash of Alliances had instead been eRepublik's Battlefield? IMO the worst mistake we as a Community ever made was agitating for the roll back of 'Rising', but C'est la vie....
