This is the 94th Congress Sign-In thread on the forum and below is that list as shown in the OP. The citizens in bold did not bother to sign in and I will point out that most of them are Political Leaders; one of whom believes it is perfectly acceptable for the 'meta government' to have 20+ Million CC stashed away in citizens private accounts and that America's elected Congress Members have no right to that information. The ones underlined are those citizens who did not vote for SoH, again most of them leaders; excluding ofc the candidates themselves. Another thing I want to point out is that someone named Syrup, who is currently dead in game and is not listed in the sign in thread; has signed in as a USWP member. Now I am actually very impressed, seems the average Congress Member is more interested in Congress than their Party leadership seems to be. Only two parties, the AMP and the SFP, were in full attendance.

Now other than the above list I will not aim this at any one citizen, however, it is my opinion that if you want to be in Congress then you need to follow the Congressional Code listed in Official Constitution and Code of the eUS. Recently in Congress I opened a [DISCUSSION] Closing Proposals in which I sought to Code the closing of Proposals, as everyone saw and can see now it was soundly defeated. First point is to simply point out that my Closing Proposals is in fact closed, now while I agree that this proposal thread should be closed -having reached 10 approvals; if those proposals that do not reach 10 approvals should remain open, then all proposals -for decorum- should remain open. Point two is simply to point out the voting thread, [VOTE] Closing Proposals was defeated and according to the Congressional Code my proposal thread should remain open, even if I believe it should be closed.

Since some Congress Members want decorum and point out other members who drop the F Bomb, while totally ignoring other members who have done the same, I feel it would be bad decorum to ignore The Code. IMO there are some members who ignore the Code when it harms them or simply for the lulz; yet want it rigidly applied to everyone else; which actually mean everyone who stands against them. So why would they want proposals, which do not get 10 approvals to remain open; while closing others?  IMO they wish those proposal threads to remain open so they may continue their troll fest, while denying that same ability to their adversaries; if you want Congressional Decorum then have some yorself.

Now voting in Congress is very important, it is how Congress gets things done or at least it should be. So again I advise those of you who wish to see Democratic change come in America to get involved in a party; get involved in the debates on the eUSA Forum. If you can't in Public Congressional Proceedings or in Private Congressional Proceedings; then I would suggest you weigh in on them in the  General eRepublik Discussion. My advice is to read the eUSA Forum and the eRepublik Media, educate yourself and become informed; then become active in YOUR government.


Recently I became a Defrocked Meta Congress Member, having revealed information contained in a Private Congressional discussion concerning our little Police Action up in the Great White North. Now it was pretty clear that the intentions of the USA Government and their Advisory Wild Owl was not to allow the Former Yugoslavian Region of Macedonia (FYROM) to retain a border with a core region. You may ask why it was clear we would attack FYROM: a) they had a border with a core American Region b) the WO Foreign Affairs. Now while I supported driving them out of Canada, I felt the USA Government's reasons for doing so were more personal than strategic; going to War is not about personal feelings it is about doing what's best for America.

One of the breeches of op-sec used to call for my 'censure' was the fact that in many of my articles I quoted a figure of 20+ Million CC stashed away as the USA Government's Reserve, millions of CC stashed in private citizen accounts; most of whom seldom if ever come in game. Now all anyone has to do is go to Economy Tab on the Country Page where anyone can see what we have in our Country accounts (not the amount in the private citizens accounts, however), also can be seen is our Tax Revenue Income. Now I will confess that I just threw that 20+ million figure out there, but it is easy to see that anyone who can balance a family budget can figure out pretty accurately what our Reserve should be by simply going to the Congressional Budget Office and using our past budgets as reference and Common Core Math figure out a pretty accurate figure. So does anyone believe that our enemies don't have a very good idea what we have in Reserve? Or like the USA Government do you believe they are both blind and stupid?

The breech I admitted to and which I believe deserved for my censure was the use of a figure quoted for conducting the Police Action up north. So that we all understand the USA Government believed that FYROMian military leaders would not know the cost of conducting a war with America. That they are to stupid, and on top of that blind, to have created a battle plan in case Wild Owl advised attacking them; someone who they know dislikes them as a country. So I ask does anyone believe that any figure for conducting a war against FYROM was actually a secret? My desire is for open and transparent government, my belief is that there are no secrets in this game; except for who and how much each holds of the American Reserve of course. I also believe that the Private Congressional Forums are pointless and are kept secret to keep hidden how petty they 'meta government' leaders are and to allow they to conduct their childish troll fest to get rid of their political enemies.

Personally I am looking forward to working with Jude, Phil, Tom and Bear Cavalry in growing the Expendables into a world class killing machine. While Tom is busy recruiting Freedom Fighters from among the world strongest citizens I will be implementing a New Citizen recruitment program utilizing Mike Ontry's Falling Down newspaper which updates several times a day and the New Citizen Tool located at ereptools.tk; hopefully we will be able to recruit both heavy hitters to depose Dictators and young Citizen Soldiers that the SFP can help grow into first class Dog Soldiers.

Using RDT&F we can supply new recruits with everything they need while training. My plan is to convince new members world wide that working twice daily in the communes, training daily and not fighting unless called up to fight for Freedom is the way to win Battle Hero Medals as they transition into Division 2. My hope is that we can reach out to some SFP members whose factories set idle and start a commune to feed, house and arm The Expendables. Running RDT&F and AA for the short amount of time that I have been running them I find it hard to believe that the USAF can spend 80000 CC a week on supplies, their Reserve Training Unit is supported by DoDSEP which is apparently the biggest cost.
