Personally, I will never encourage D1 Cadets to fight even for special battles.  I do realize the itch to go fight is stronger for some then others. We will give opportunities such as special battles/tournaments for those to see how they fair against the eWorld. I will be putting more incentives though to keep one's xp low and allow strength to become even higher. I use to think if one made it to 8k strength in D1 then you would be fine, but I'm seeing more and more people with 20-30k strength in D1. I don't want it to be just luck that earned me a Battle Hero.

My goal is to keep as many people in the program a D1 as long as possible. The higher the strength, the less clicks need to fight. It makes it easier to win a Battle Hero medal and more of them to be earned potentially.

I want to find people before its too late and help them stay active to see their time and investment benefit the eUSA.

I want to see 40-50k strength in D1 be the norm. It only takes about 1-2 year to achieve once one fully upgrades all Training grounds.

I would like to see more people active on the EZC forum and IRC.

I want to see more people communing for EZC 7/7 days and working Overtime. This will allow for more houses/tanks to be produced and therefore allow more people to join the M/U.

The documents you saw were mock ups to give leadership a idea of how it will look and to gain their approval. If you would like to make them look better and fix anything you may see wrong, I won't stop you.

Using me as an example of a D1 citizen with 4 more levels to go before I transition to D2 with a current strength of 28+K.

Considering that would you say 100+K before going to D2 is possible for a New Citizen?

Is any consideration being given to extending MFA to include older citizens such as myself up to Level 35? (1-34)

Will communing for Easy be a requirement for MFA Cadets? ( I believe it should be.)

Has there been any consideration given to a name change for the program? (Easy Infantry School)

We will be taking one step at a time and try to always add improvements along the way. I hope to work with the DoE and the DoI once we have this program going. My dream is that this becomes the model for all MU in eUSA.

I believe Shield is moving in a different direction from what the hammer program was originally. It will be more focused on building future leadership. I'm sure more will be revealed in the upcoming month.

Well considering you spend 8xp on training grounds and 2 or 4 xp on working/OT you gain 84xp a week. So lets say you don't earn anymore then 100xp a week that would be 4.8k xp so lets round it 5k xp a year. 90*30=2.7k strength a month so 32.4k a year. So 15k xp in 3 years for you to be over 100k in strength. So to answer your question, yes I think you could be 100k strength and still be in D1 even using you as a example.

I would like to see the program extended until someone becomes D2. More then likely it would be for those individuals that are most active in the erepublik/EZC community, but these decisions are still being decided upon.

Of course communing will be a requirement. I believe communing is a current requirement and will continue to be.

The name will be the EZC Guard and be split into two groups those that completed TG upgrades will be the "Reservist" and those have not will still be listed as part of the "Training Wing". The names are not currently set in stone yet, but that is what I'm going with.
