Support from the government, doesn't have to be CC; just simple loyalty -pat me on the back.

In the latest article, [USAF] ASS Day 2592 GLORIOUS VICTORY OVER SPAIN!, published by the official United States Armed Forces (USAF) Media -American Soldier Summary; as a recruiting tool they supply America's new citizens with an updated Supply List. I would like to thank USAF Commandant John NWP for answering my many questions.

Since I will be talking about new citizen soldiers I am going to take the supplies being issued to Division 1 - Normal, Division 1 - Strong and Division 2 - Low Level citizen soldiers who IMO are Flight Training Cadets (FTC); and who receive 0.50 gold upon the first supply request each day -deposited into a Department of Defense Strength Enhancement Program (DoDSEP) account.

Divison 1 - Normal
2 Drops of 4 Tanks
40 Q5 Food when Requested
0.5 gold on first request into DoDSEP Account

Divison 1 - Strong (>25k Q7 hit)
2 Drops of 10 Tanks
100 Q5 Food when Requested
0.5 gold on first request into DoDSEP Account

Divison 2 - Low Level (Level 45 and under)
2 Drops of 4 Tanks
40 Q5 Food when Requested
0.5 gold on first request into DoDSEP Account

'The above is the max supply. If someone is going to use less they need to request less. So if someone is not fighting then they would not get the tanks. If someone does not need food then they will not get food, etc.

In regards to a week period. If a player was on every day for the week and was a new player he/she could request up to the above times 7 so since supply for D1 is

Divison 1 - Normal
2 Drops of 4 Tanks
40 Q5 Food when Requested
0.5 gold on first request into DoDSEP Account

then they could have up to 56 tanks, 560 food, and 3.5 gold. This does not include the required min wage, so the person would also get $7.07.'
~John NWP

Now actually I find this to be a more than acceptable supply system, a system which DMJohnston had a hand in creating; however I feel that it encourages every soldier -even FTCs- to fight everyday. Combine these supplies with the Department of Interior's Bank Up 2 Strengthen Up program, a government department run on privately donated funds; and a cadet will be upgraded to Level 4 Training Centers in no time and soon after will be buying 90% off Training Contracts.

Since I have brought up the DoI BU2SU program, a program which aims to get more gold into the hands of young Americans; a program which continues it's drive toward building America's next generation of citizen soldiers. Show them you are active and be rewarded. How can I qualify, you ask?

1. Be a US citizen between levels 21-28
2. Do not belong to any anti-American group (Party or MU)
3. Visit and apply at Bank Up 2 Strengthen Up
4. MUST fill out that form DAILY, after using Training Ground(s), to receive Gold payment WEEKLY
5. MUST apply at least 5 out of 7 days to get the gold reward for applying

One of the many reasons I recommend Easy Company Militia (EZC) over any other MU is our supply system, a system that pays Country Currency (CC) per daily kills; our communes pay our Military Fitness Academy (MFA) 2 gold per week salary.

I see the supplies given out by the varis MUs a a soldiers 'pay' and in RL a soldier is paid everyday whether they fight or not.

In eRepublik the Military Module is won by damage that is ruled by a citizens strength, your level means duck donuts; therefore IMO it would seem that a soldier would want to be low in level and high in strength. In a recent article, very kindly published by the White House Press Report (WHPR) I expressed my belief as a man on the street that the United States Armed Forces (USAF) Training Flight Trainees were encouraged to fight only every 4 days, in order to delay leveling up and encouraging strength training; to allow for Training Ground Upgrades during that time in order to train daily at 90+ strength gain for as long as possible in each Division. Instead the USAF encourages every soldier to fight everyday, thereby causing new citizens to level and division up much faster than necessary, the USAF robs new citizens of massive amounts of strength and America of stronger Divisional Soldiers in the future.

Currently I am Division 1 and I hope to remain there for as long as possible, my division depends on my level; if I am strong in Division 1 the nearer to my migration to Division 2 I get the more medals I will win -though Plato has devalued those a bit. C'est la vie, chérir.... Once your Training Grounds are fully upgraded, once you have a Contract for a 30 day 90% discount on training that will be 90+ strength for .287 gold. Now I would have to check the Military Fitness Academy Manual, but for Training Academy Cadets such as myself I believe we are encouraged to fight only when called up for critical battles -such as the war with the Double Spaniards, but generally I also believe Easy has the attitude of low level, high strength and provides a new citizen soldier with the tools they need to survive and a community in which to be involved.

If the USAF's policy is for every soldier -cadet trainee or not- to fight everyday and thereby hasten a citizen leveling up, does that policy rob America -and the citizens themselves- of much stronger Divisional Soldiers later down the road? And we pay for it. The goal of any training program should be smart, well educated, immensely strong and mad dog loyal American soldiers; soldiers capable of Standing Alone -Together. Give me the soldier who when dropped into the middle of no where, can forage for themselves and carry out the mission; not the one who must wait for a supply drop. Give me the soldier that trained every day until he could crush a beer can with his epeen, not the scrawny gold brick who rushed his training in order to level up faster; thereby entering each succeeding Division at a greatly diminished strength level.

I think it is clear to everyone the USAF does not defend America alone, it is not stand together; alone. Though as a soldier I prefer the Community of Free Soldiers found in Private Military Units and Stand Alone; I do so Together. We can bicker over what is and what is not USAF Departments, Arm America (AA) may not be a Department of the USAF; but it is certainly military and under the umbrella of the Department of Defense and IMO it all ends up in the same purse.  If Arm America is only open during critical battles, why does it have a weekly Budget Line; why does it not rely on Emergency Funding from the National Security Council (NSC)? Assuming America plans ahead for these things, ofc. IMO, the USAF through the DoD through AA receives AAs budget Line and has not halved it's Budget Line.

Q1) No, Flight training is a program for new players to explain the game, show them different programs for stuff in addition to the MU supplies (like BU2SU, free party supplies, the DoI programs, etc), explain irc, have the person join the forums, etc. FT does provide free supplies without the need to join the commune in the beginning. (We have them join a commune if they want supplies toward the end of FT). If someone is quick and active they can finish FT within 4 days or so (when I went though boot camp, the old name for FT, I think it took me 5 days but that was about 2 years ago). If a person does not finish FT within a couple weeks then they have to start over.

The supplies given out that we have already talked about are what comes once a person has joined a commune. Most of the time this happens just before someone finishes FT.

Q2) I going to assume that you mean D1 players in your question and not those in FT. We have some players who do not fight and focus only on ranking up. We have others who do their DO most days. We work with both kind of players. We supply a maxium of 8 tanks per day to newer players. My understanding is even new players can do the DO with about 7 tanks. So we supply enough to get the DO done, but not enough to fight all day long. This is so players do not increase levels too quickly. We do explain to newer players that they should not rank up too quickly and that some feel it is best to train only. However we also understand that some players will quit if they can not fight at all, which is why we give them the option of doing the DO. If you do the math, as long as someone is not doing Work as Manage alot or fighting alot (doing DO only), they will have a long time before they rank up. The DO does provide the free bazooka and energy bar, which helps with getting Battle Heros, which in turn helps with training place upgrades.
